GRISWOLD'S TREE FARM SWEATSHIRT

Christmas Vacation is one me and my family's favorite movies and I'm so happy that I found this crewneck sweatshirt! The iconic wagon from the movie is featured on the front. The sweatshirt itself is very soft and remains so even after a couple of washes. The graphic is printed well and the fit is pretty true to size. I'm pairing this with a Christmas Vacation socks and now I have the perfect holiday outfit! It's made really well and I'm super satisfied with it!

When I saw this homage to my favorite holiday movie, I had to have it. This sweatshirt is going to be my new favorite winter sweatshirt. It’s warm, soft & comfortable. Unless you pay attention to the words & are familiar with the movie, it doesn’t even look like a “Christmas Sweater” & I can wear it all winter long. One of the pictures in the description says 60% ring-spun cotton & 40% polyester, but the tag & item description says 50% cotton & 50% polyester. It does feel more like cotton than polyester. I would say it’s true to size or maybe a tad big. I was able to wear a long sleeve undershirt underneath it & the sweatshirt still felt comfortable & not too tight. The material is stretchy & dries quicker since it’s half polyester. $29.99 is kind of pricey for a not 100% cotton sweatshirt, but it is comfortable, keeps me warm & I love the design printed on it.

Vine reviewer here giving you my honest hands-on review and inspection of the product you are considering.I ordered a large and I am a size 10, 5'2". It fits big, which is what I wanted. Could I have sized down to a medium? Yes. I think a medium would still give me room to move and would not be form fitting or clingy. However, this is meant for cozy weekends, so I want it big. It looks a little oversized on me, but nor ridiculously big.The fabric is nice and not too thick. It has a fleecy underside (see my pics), and the front of the fabric feels like a typical sweatshirt. In California, where I live,, it's warm enough. In colder climates, layers may be needed, but the sweatshirt is not bulky, so layers are quite doable.This is well-made. 50% cotton, 50% polyester, so washing and tumble drying is okay. Its made in Nicaragua. The image looks like it will stay looking good for many years of wear and tear. I like this a lot. The price point is okay, assuming I am paying little more for the convenience of shopping online and having it delivered. I highly recommend.

This Griswold sweatshirt is a very fun gift for the movie lovers. It is a Gilden Sweatshirt and is made well. As you can see in the photos, the seams are well done as well as the wrists and waist band. The color is a very nice gray and the printing on it looks antique like. Very nice gift.
